By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Directory Listing
1.1 Eligibility: Only formal and informal community organisations focused on environmental and social justice issues are eligible for inclusion in the directory listing. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any listing that does not meet our eligibility criteria or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
1.2 Listing Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information for your organisation's listing, including contact details, description, and any other relevant information. You agree to promptly update your listing in the event of any changes.
1.3 Review and Approval: We reserve the right to review and approve all listing submissions. We may require additional information or edits before accepting a listing. We retain the right to reject or remove any listing at our discretion without providing a reason.
1.4 Intellectual Property: By submitting a listing, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, distribute, and modify the content of your listing for the purposes of promoting your organisation within the directory.
2. User Conduct
2.1 Accuracy and Legality: You represent and warrant that all information provided in your listing is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights or violate any third-party rights.
2.2 Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit any content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. Additionally, you shall not submit any content that promotes illegal activities or contains viruses, malware, or other harmful elements.
2.3 Compliance with Laws: You shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards when using the Service, including but not limited to privacy laws, anti-spam laws, and intellectual property laws.
3. Limitations of Liability
3.1 Disclaimer: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided in the directory. 5. General Provisions
5.1 Modification: We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically for any updates.
5.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are based. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
5.3 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions, or agreements, whether written or oral.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the Service.
